The Syng GitHub issue tracker is the preferred support channel whenever you can submit your request publicly.
Ask for help or report a problem
If you create an issue, please include:
- your platform and Syng version;
- your device architecture when it may be relevant;
- clear steps to reproduce the problem and what you expected; and
- screenshots or logs, if they are useful and you are comfortable sharing them.
Private or security-sensitive requests
Email hello@bytecraft.xyz if GitHub is unavailable, you cannot create an issue, or your request contains private or security-sensitive information.
Do not publish or email sensitive documents, vocabulary notes, credentials, or other private content unless it is strictly necessary. Redact private information from screenshots, logs, and examples whenever possible.
